Shipping policy

Dispatch 

For orders placed before 11 am AEST, where your item is in stock, we endeavour to have these processed and shipped within the same business day from our Australian Head Office. Orders will only be dispatched Monday - Friday, and orders placed over a weekend or public holiday in QLD, Australia will be dispatched the next business day. Please note during launch and sale periods there may be slight delays in dispatching your orders.

Delivery

Australian orders will be sent via Australia Post. Currently, standard shipping is 2-6 business days, and Express is 1-3 business days.

We currently offer two options for international orders, DHL registered express post (2-3 business days) or DHL Standard International service (5-18 business days).

Tracking your order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details. 

Customs Policy

Please note that all countries have different laws & regulations regarding the importation of products and taxes. Orders dispatched to countries outside of Australia may be subject to import fees of which we have no control over and are unable to provide estimates of, as they differ widely from country to country. The Siesta Club cannot take any responsibility for the payment of import fees, taxes or other associated import costs to any country, as these costs are the responsibility of the receiver. If you have any questions we recommend you contact your local Customs office for current charges before placing your order.

Packages may be subject to customs clearance procedures that can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. Please consider this when purchasing your order.
