 Do you offer a welcome discount? 

We do offer a 10% off welcome code on first purchases when signing up to our newsletter and joining our Siesta Club community. To redeem the discount, apply the code at checkout. 

 Can I change or cancel my order after it's been placed? 

We’ll do our best to accommodate changes if you contact us immediately after placing your order! Please email us at info@thesiestaclub.com to make any urgent changes to your order. 

 Do you have Afterpay? 

Yes! Afterpay is available for our Australian & New Zealand customers. 

 After I place my order, when can I expect it to be shipped out? 

We offer same day shipping for orders placed before 11am AEST. 

Returns

Extended Holiday Returns Period

To make your Christmas shopping even easier, we’ve extended our return period. All eligible purchases can now be returned until 8th of January, 2026. Enjoy the season with peace of mind, - shop early, stress less!

 What is your return policy?

We currently do not offer exchanges at this time due to limited stock, only refunds or store credits. To be eligible for a return, your items must meet the return eligibility guidelines below: 

• Return requests must be processed within 7 days of receiving your order. 

• Undergarments must be worn when trying on items. 

• Item(s) must be returned in its original packaging, unworn with no marks or damage, unwashed and must have the hygiene seal intact. 

If the returned item/s do not meet these conditions, it may be returned to you at an additional charge. 

Return Cost 

Please note that you are responsible for the costs of returning any item(s) to our warehouse. Please ensure that you retain the tracking number as we cannot be held responsible for any returns lost in transit. 

Processing Time For Returns 

Once your return has been received at our warehouse, please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed. You will be notified via email once your return has been received & processed. 

Shipping

How long does delivery take? 

For orders placed before 11am AEST where your item is in stock, we endeavor to have these processed and shipped within the same business day from our Gold Coast warehouse. Please note, during launch or sale periods, we kindly ask you to allow for some slight delays with processing your order! 

Australian orders will be sent via Australia Post. Currently, Express shipping is 1-3 business days and Standard shipping is 2-6 business days. 

We currently offer two options for international orders (excluding USA), DHL express post (2-3 business days) or DHL standard international service (5-18 business days). For USA orders, all orders will be shipped with Australia Post international. 

How can I track my order? 

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details. 

Do you offer free shipping in Australia? 

Yes, we offer free shipping on all Australian orders of $200 AUD.
