Returns Policy

To ensure you have a great shopping experience with The Siesta Club, we have a 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a refund or store credit.

We currently do not offer exchanges at this time due to limited stock, only refunds or store credits. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or items purchased with a discount code (excludes our welcome 10% discount code).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and hygiene stickers still attached, and in its original packaging. Please take care when trying on garments as we cannot accept items that have incurred any makeup stains or fragrance from perfume, body lotions, tan, pet hair etc. When trying on swimwear, please ensure underwear is worn underneath the swimsuits.

How To Organise Your Return


To start a return, head to our returns portal here. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note that you are responsible for the costs of returning any item(s) to our warehouse. Any returned item(s) are your property and remain your responsibility until they reach our facility. 

Damages and issues

 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds/Store Credit


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund/store credit was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note, our store credits have an expiry date of 1 year.
